The University was visited by a professor at the Institute of Law of Jilin University Xirong Ren

During the visit to Samara University on May 27, 2019 Deputy Director of the Law School (Jilin University, Changchun, China), professor Xirong Ren took part in the meeting held by the Acting Rector Vladimir Bogatyrev.
 

Vladimir Bogatyrev noted that the visit of the Chinese colleague is an important event for the University. Xirong Ren thanked the administration of the University for the warm welcome and the opportunity to communicate with students and professors. 
 

During the working meeting, Xirong Ren mentioned that Jilin University expects to cooperate in law, mechanical engineering, aeronautics and astronautics, physics, chemistry, materials and other fields in practical terms, and also to enhance exchanges and mutual understanding between professors and students from both sides. Jilin University hopes that such cooperation could lead to joint scientific research, jointly-held academic conferences and forums for young scholars, and also short-term student exchanges programs, joint education programs, laboratory practice and other kinds of activities as well. She underlined that such interaction is very important for Russia and China.
 

Vice-President of Jilin University Weitao Zheng would like to drop by Samara National Research University during his visit to Russia at the end of August.
 

Jilin University also invited the Acting Rector Vladimir Bogatyrev and professors from Samara National Research University to attend the 2019 International Industry-University-Research-Application Collaboration Conference, which will be held at Jilin University from September 21 to 24, 2019. Meanwhile, Jilin University is also going to organize the “Exchange Week between Jilin University and Samara National Research University”, which aims at providing a platform for professors from both universities to discuss cooperation.
