Professor Ljubisa Papic, Head of the Department of the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Kragujevac (Serbia), Director of the Scientific Centre DQM (reliability and quality) gave a course of lectures in SSAU. SSAU cooperates with the Scientific Centre DQM for two years.
Ljubisa Papic told the 3-5-year students and teachers of the Department of Aircraft Production and Quality Management in Engineering about the application of FMEA standard.
FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) is an analysis of failure types and consequences. Now it is very popular, because the specialized standards for FMEA are developed and published in some industrial sectors.
Professor shared his experience with the audience of the Samara Aerospace University with regard to application of the various quality tools, including within the framework of the implementation of lean production and improvement of quality management systems in the aerospace cluster in terms of risk management technologies.
According to the results of the course of lectures 20 teachers improved their skills; about 40 students received certificates on completion the course.
