On May 21, 2014 four scientific and educational organizations: International Centre of Lomonosov Moscow Stage University (Geneva), St. Petersburg State Polytechnic University (St. Petersburg), Samara State Aerospace University named after academician S. P. Korolev (Samara), Southern Federal University (Rostov-on-Don) and the Project integrator Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Foreign Trade Association “Vneshtechnika” (Moscow) on their own initiative established the European Science and Education Fellowship (ESEF).
Tasks of the newly created Fellowship are: - creating conditions to identify promising areas of development potential (growth points) of scientific and educational activities of the Fellowship; - promote international recognition of evaluation of the Fellowship members activity; - development of the regions and the countries - the Fellowship members on the basis of international cooperation ESEF participants in education and innovation; - establishment of a global system of accumulation, systematization and exchange of information about the major components of the educational, research and scientific areas of European countries.
Upon establishment of the Fellowship initiating organizations have signed a Memorandum of ESEF foundation (soon to be posted on the website of Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Foreign Trade Association “Vneshtechnika”). It was decided to approve the program “Social and cultural development initiative for regional business activity” (SCDIRBA) initiated by Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Foreign Trade Association “Vneshtechnika” as the first joint program.
We would like to invite Russian and foreign organizations and creative teams involved in innovation, research and educational activities to join ESEF.
