Two teams from SSAU, based on the Mechatronic Systems and Robotics Complexes Center, including Aleksei Utkin, Vladimir Zazharsky, Andrei Mukhammedzianov, Tlek Bekeshvaya, Sergei Belov, Pavel Greshnyakov, Vladislav Dorogov, Yulia Kamenschikova, Ksenia Fil, Ilia Putkaradze, took part in the VI Russian Youth Robotechnics Festival in Moscow.

The festival included the "Mobile Systems" contest. The robot assembled by SSAU student team performed every task successfully and took an overall third place.

The robot was designed for the task of "Repackaging", that is, it must relocate the contents of one big package into a number of smaller packages. The robot features an industrial control system, and an intellectual chamber with its own controller. The executive part of the robot works on pneumatic cylinders, and it has its own compressor to create the pressure.
