On Friday, Jan. 17 tripartite cooperation agreement between SSAU, «Biss» (Bangalore Integrated System Solutions) and R&D company “Kurs” (Novosibirsk technopark) was signed by SSAU rector Evgeniy Shakhmatov, Dr. Sunder, Research Director of BiSS and Evgeniy Kulikov, CEO of “Kurs”.
Also prof. Sunder gave a lecture for students and staff on residual stress and fatigue and provided presentation of BiSS activities and research.
Bangalore Integrated System Solutions Ltd. has come up as leading Manufacturer, Exporter and Supplier of Servo-Hydraulic Test Systems in India. The company has a prominent presence in the global markets, with 40% of its products being exported. The Test Systems and Accessories, offered by the company, are widely used for product development, project engineering and quality assurance in sectors like aerospace, energy and transportation.
Dr. Sunder invited SSAU researchers and students to take practical training a BiSS for free. In addition the company will provide accommodation for the coming scientists for the period of training. «Bangalore – is a research capital of India, - says prof. Sunder – “We have got as many technoparks that you will hardly be able to see 15% of them during a day! Bangalore is the residence for the world corporation’s representatives”.
